I am a frequent renter and have been renting from these guys monthly for a couple years. They have provided me with exemplary service. They always give me the best price available. The cars are clean and they get me in and out quickly.
Great place to do business with. Honest, reliable staff and service. Big shout out to Chris and Tim. I had an issue with my rental but the the folks here handled it without questions. Chris even helped me book another one and made me a regular at this location. Highly recommended!!

This place is super awesome! Tim is the greatest ever!! He went out his way to help me which was Beyond his job duties. I was so stressed out with car issues of my own and probably wasn't that nice but Tim still remained so helpful and very professional. I really appreciate the fact that Tim even set my Hertz gold plus reward membership up for me. I reccomend this location to anyone that wants great service!!! Thanks again! Tim you rock!!
This is by far the best Hertz I have ever rented from. I used to live in NC and would drive back home to Fairless Hills on a regular basis. With that being said I have worked with the Fairless Hills staff a lot, especially the manager and each time have been treated with nothing but respect. The manager, Tim, always gave me a great deal and never fooled me into different prices. I think it also helped that I was smarter than most of the reviewers here and compared prices with competitors. You think Tim's fooling you? Then I suggest you check out Avis, Enterprise, Budget, etc. As for the mom who felt the need to hold her grown man son's hand while talking to Tim....really?! Good thing I was not in the office during that time otherwise I'd laugh in his and your face. Time to let go of the coat strings. (Btw, I noticed your double bad review. Wtg! Do you hold junior's hand while he pees too? Rhetorical because I know you do.) Anyway if you all really think this company is screwing you over then sign up for the Gold card. Not a credit card for those freaking out because their credit sucks and can't even get a Wal-Mart card. It's a plain old benefits card. You set up your own rental via the computer. You get better deals on rentals, can price compare, and can't blame others when it's your fault you don't have a credit card or picked an over-the-top vehicle because the Honda Fit wasn't good enough for you. Great job, FH!
