My car wasn't ready at the scheduled time. I had to wait an hour while he waited for the bay to open to clean the car. I asked several times if I could take it dirty and he said it was illegal.
I was in a car accident and had to rent a car for an extended period as my car was repaired. I worked through a small office. no car was ready when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. I waited 45 minutes for a car that was not very clean and had a broken door handle. After a month they asked me to bring it back in to renew the contract. at that time, they took the car (for an oil change) and traded me down to a significantly lesser car at the same cost. they said they were doing me a favor because they could have increased my rates in the new contract. the new car as also not very clean and immediately had problems with the tire pressure.
The employees were talking about bad experiences with customers and their supervisors and how horrible it was to work at Enterprise. They also talked about how they hate the police and can't stand them.
Very friendly and helpful staff. It did take longer than I expected, but I rarely rent cars.
I rent a car for road trips about every other month and this was my first and last time I went to this location. They are alittle cheaper but after they "adjust" the contract read cross out the quoted price and insert quoted price x 1.5, they are much more expensive. My non-smoking car smelled like smoke. Car was dirty even after waiting an hour for him to clean it. Never had these problems at other locations.
They over charged me by the day and over charged me for the number of days. They crossed out prices on my contract and now claim I was aware of these charges. Have you heard of such a thing? Corporate was a big help, they said I need to call the location and deal with them. This is fraudulent and I'm sure I'm not the only victim.
