AVOID! I had a PREPAID reservation, arrived exactly on-time for my reservation, and was told that they did not have ANY cars, and that none were coming back today, if I waited. They directed me to another Avis location in NJ, and the price was $96 for a 1-day rental instead of $35. They would not honor the price on my PREPAID reservation, nor compensate me for getting to the NJ location. I could have rented from another rental company for $37, but they closed earlier than Avis, so by the time I got to Avis, they were the only company still open. Was on the phone with customer service for 30 mins, and they would not waver in charging me 3x my prepaid reservation price for their mistake. NEVER, EVER will rent from Avis again. Not very friendly, you can’t leave your car here, it’s not very safe. I had a problem with the rental and avis customer service did not do enough to fix issues.

I have never had a bad experience I must say I’ve been a regular customer for years at Avis in fairless hills PA !! Until this last rental when my daughter left her IPod in the car we had rented for a week we took it back on a Wednesday at 530pm they closed at 6:00 pm my daughter realized she left her iPod in the car so I called right away they were close so we were there first thing Thursday morning at 7:30am ! I went in the place and told Marion (employee) about the iPod he told me the car left for another rental and was never checked nor cleaned .Although i was furious i told my daughter they’re good people in the world and they might return it anyway we never got the iPod back !! The worst part is telling my daughter some loser kept her iPod because someone didn’t do their job !!! I’m so disappointed so TO THE LOSER THAT KEPT MY NINE YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS IPOD
