Had an appointment and still had to wait an hour to see the doctor. Previous experience with Banfield at another location was good, this location is terrible. On the positive side, Dr Koch is excellent.
Dr Wright is my absolute favorite! She is so nice and loves all animals, and is very good with them as well. Don't get me wrong, Dr Koch and Dr Antonucci are nice too, but both my dogs really prefer Dr Wright. I have to admit sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment on short notice, but I feel like they are really working on sorting that out. The Wellness Plan they offer more than pays for itself between 2 offices visits, stool/blood work, and all the required shots for a dog - I highly recommend getting it!
Can never get your animal in when they are actually sick and need an appointment. Have had this issue multiple times
Would NOT recommend this location. My pets are wellness plan members, and I have to wait almost 2 MONTHS just for a dental cleaning and checkup! In addition, my dog has gotten very sick on 4 occasions where this location was too busy to see him that day and that week. Why would I take my dogs to vets that can't even be booked less than a month in advance?! Do yourself, and your pets, a favor and see a different vet or go to another Banfield.
They have revolving vets and staff. Every appointment that I bring my dog, it's someone different at the desk and a new vet on the business cards. Today, I mentioned something about the revolving vets and one of the girls at the front desk said they are using "fill in vets." We have the wellness plan and for the price we pay for our dog's care, we expect more than "fill in" vets. The ONLY bright spot in that practice is Dr. Antonucci!
