Very disappointed with the quality of the food. Hadn't visited a Chili's in many years, and I used to like going in the past. Food was a bit too greasy for my taste & they got one of our orders wrong, but at at least they corrected it and left the wrong plate with us, too. Service was a bit slow, on a night that it wasn't too busy, either...
Recently went to chili's and got the meal deal that comes with 2 margaritas, 2 entrees, an app and a desert! (For only $35) anyway the amount that you get for one margarita is nuts, so nuts that my boyfriend couldn't drink 2 on a week night and the waitress was nice enough to let him switch out the second for a soda. Our meals came out before our appetizer, which was fine, but the manager was nice enough to give us the app for free, I didn't even complain! Overall the service was fantastic and the meal was a great deal. Had to write something nice!
Good review 8 months ago however after today. 7/1 The 1 star rating isn't from food or service. Although they do need to upgrade their menu it's ok. The 1 star is because the place is so dirty it's insane. Loose fries under tables, trash(straws and etc..) under tables. When me and my gf sat down there was trash in the seat. The cup that my drink was in had residue on the side and a bit at the top. They need to shut down for about an hour to clean this place up. 11/10 edit - mash potatoes were ice cold, chilis has really taken a dive
We dine at Chili's with our friends usually about once a month. The food is very good and the service is friendly and efficient. Great prices for the dinner menus makes it affordable.
