Cook in back of house screaming at cashier and not being nice at all had new cajun deep fryed turkey and it sucked the big one could hardly tast the turkey on it looks nothing like on tv. So save your money and stick to the beef and use the drive thru.
The fries where fresh yet flavorless.

Well shoot me for being stupid-
I just wasted over $25 for what could be loosely called a meal that literally my neighbors dog just sniffed at and walked away!
Very Briefly this store is on a downward death spiral... I got my order to go and didn't check it until after I pulled out MY BIG MISTAKE - 1) Sodas were flat soda water NO syrup 2)My Bacon Beef & Cheddar had no Bacon (this is the second time in a month had the receipt last time) 3) fried cheese stick were ICE cold in the center and tasted & smelled as if they were fried in burnt oil 4) Curly fries also tasted burnt 5) NO RECIEPT so I could not go back to complain about the sandwich 6) most staff & Manager sitting around with a line only 1 girl taking & making orders.
Just had lunch here and witnessed an exceptional cashier (Prynses sp) dealing with a hard of hearing and speech impaired customer. She was patient and understanding of the issues. The only thing that could have improved the interaction would have been a photo or checklist type menu. Way to go girl!
The line was very slow because they had a problem with their fryer 6-23-2017 and a car ahead with a big order. The employee did tell me. They don't have sweet n sour dipping sauce. There is no order screen. The prices are high. Wait for coupons. But so far the crew are okay. Thanks.
AND I KNOW I AM ASKING A LOT -THAT IT BE AT LEAST MARGINABLY EDIBLE !
IS ITTO MUCH TO ASK THAT IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND PAY FULL PRICE THAT I GET THAT ITEM !
First time at arbys I won't be back great establishment just not into the food

I had the grand Turkey club it was anything but grand. I also tasted the triple spice sauce and arby's sauce they both where unsettling.
While the service was great, the building was clean and the environment was welcoming
The food just wasn't my cup of tea.
