We purchased a pellet burning stove from this store. To be honest, for many months I couldn't get it to work correctly and the stove would jam frequently. The service department would always come out to take care of us and help me troubleshoot the problem. They were always professional, courteous and more than fair with their repair costs. As this long story turned out, I was causing the problem all along by continuing to use damaged (wet/humid) pellets that I left out in the rain. I would have wanted to cut ties with me, if I were them, but they always served me as if I were a brand new customer. Good people, good service. This has been my experience with this company.

This merchant put a defective gas fireplace unit in my home and negligently installed it as well using wrong connectors, putting cardboard and wood inside the unit and rigging the faceplate to fit. He replaced the first defective unit with a used unit from his showroom which also exploded due to a problem with the ignition. These units have a loud gas fireball explosion and are very dangerous. It was such a big explosion it blew the faceplates right off of it. We had them removed the unit entirely and replace it with an electric unit. Our gas unit was a total cost of $4292. The electric unit was $2001, the owner is refusing to give us back our refund of $2291. Which has now resulted in us taking him to court to get our money back. This could happen to you. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
