My boyfriend and I purchased a couch and a mattress recently and we couldn't have asked for a better experience thanks to our sales rep, Charles. He was there when we had questions but also let us enjoy our shopping experience. He was very knowledgeable about everything in the store and was not pushing us to make a purchase at all. He made us feel very comfortable in our decisions and buying process, so thank you Charles!
One of the employees, Frank, was so helpful. He gave us all the options we could go with and wasn't pressuring us into going with anything we didn't want. He helped us measure, listened to our needs and helped us get the perfect furniture. We ended up purchasing not only what we were just there for, but got a dining room table also- without him trying to sell us more. It was just a great experience without stress or pressure. Very good store to weigh your options and have the time to decide what you want. Good financing options also! Highly recommended!
If I were going to buy furniture I would get it from Jarons in Bordentown. They habe the lowest prices around for much of the same merchandise! Excellent and knowledgeable sales staff too!
I bought a adjustable bed frame from here that was 1000.00 about 3 mos. ago. The salesman Todd was very kind and professional, but unfortunately that was the only positive thing I can say about this experience. From the moment the item came to my home it didn’t work properly. The two salesmen that came to my home were extremely rude and got upset with me when I told them that I couldn’t lift my mattress due to an injury. They proceeded to roll there eyes when I asked if they can please do it. I’m very tired of this kind of service when people spend there money. I did call the company to rectify this problem and if these same two people return to my home with that attitude towards servicing a customer, I will be contacting there supervisor immediately.
Roberto was friendly and very helpful with looking furniture up online for me to order in addition to pieces on showroom floor. Roberto helped me find a great mattress that was comparable to a previous mattress I had liked. He worked hard to give me the best price possible on all of my furniture and exceeded my expectations by throwing in some unexpected bonuses that made me smile and left me satisfied with my decision to buy furniture at Ashley.
