Incredibly disappointed in customer service, honesty, pricing and transparency. I never write reviews but feel it is important to write this one because people should think twice before using this facility. The original price we were promised (in writing) suddenly almost doubled upon receiving the bill. Then we were told 5 months later there was going to be a rate increase. So the bill DID double essentially. They don't pro-rate space for less than a month which is frustrating however I was (surprisingly) made aware of this policy. I decided to pay for the extra month even though we only needed the unit for an additional 3 days. Made it clear we would no longer need unit after this month. Just received a bill for NEXT month. Beyond disappointed. Can't get anyone on the phone. Have called many too many times over the past few months. I shouldn't have to take this much time to keep track of a storage unit.

When I had a problem with the passcode for the elevator wasn't working, Erica was very helpful and "owned" the problem and corrected the issue...Always great to come in and see her working because its just great continuity to not have to go through acct details with someone new....Great asset and representative of the company!!!
Great service! Storage unit is very clean. This particular Public Storage location is very courteous and professional. They worked with me to supply exactly what I needed to store away my belongings! Justin was great and very informative.
My name is Mrs. Cynthia Genis.I have to tell you that I have been going to this particular facility for quite some time now,....to buy various items I need.But I MUST say,..that the young woman working there,Erica,is the reason I will NOT be going to any other facility! I buy the bubble wrap,boxes,and tapes at different times,and I feel like I have a 'new' friend in Erica!!She always helps me with my purchases,walks me to my car,and I like her so much I have actually stopped by with lunch just to visit!lol** I am an elderly woman,and I cannot express how much I appreciate the fact that I always see her smiling,familiar face!!!!I can't stand going to a place,be it a Dr.'s office,or a store,and have no idea who I will be dealing with!She is an asset to your company,and as long as Erica is there,....I will remain a good standing customer.I,myself,do not need to rent a unit,...BUT,....I have referred many people to this location,always telling my friends Erica will help them in every way!!Thankyou for the convenience of the store and it's products,....and thankyou for my 'new' friend,Erica!!! p.s.Confession!!! I buy the bubble wrap to play with !!!lolol***
