I picked up a truck at this location on 12/8/16 at 3 pm and dealt with the rudest young lady ever. I told her that I didn't appreciate how rude she was being to me and she told me that my tone when speaking to her was rude. I asked her specifically to tell me what I told her that was out of place and she replied "nothing it's just your tone of voice".. I asked her if I wasn't allowed to ask questions in case that was the problem and she said " no my tone was the issue". I just happened to be a person of color and we have a small business that has used Penske in the past with great success, but this experience was unacceptable. May be the color of my skin was the issue. As long as this location is employing this young lady, I would advise all people to stay away from this location.
