Dining room was dirty. Seven employees working behind the counter and all seating / tables had remnants of a previous customers meal on them. Napkins were completely empty and when I asked for assistance, the girl behind the counter promptly told me: "oh that's his job to fill the napkins," while pointing to the guy who was working the register and taking orders. By the look of the built up trash and food debris under the soda machine counter, and the visible dirt on the wall dividers between the booths, it appears this place hasn't had a detailed cleaning in some time. Also indicates it's ftime for a new manager.
Service was very nice and I enjoyed my lunch as we sat in the restaurant.
This restaurant provides such a wonderful, clean, and friendly restaurant experience for the whole family not to mention has the fastest and most accurate service and the food is always accurate and delicious no matter what you order. I recommend this establishment to enjoy looking for a wonderful night out!!
I went through the drive threw when I wasn’t busy (around 9/9:30 pm) and they really messed up my whole order. I spent almost $50 buying food for the whole family and only two people recieved the thing they ordered. My sister had to cook dinner since there was nothing she could eat. Their phones were down and this place is like 30 minutes from my house so I was not about to drive back either. Really not happy with the service. The food that we did have was pretty mushy as well so I will not be going back to this location.
Have loved this place forever! This is the best one in the area always clean and always get my order correct.
