I went in today to get a ring appraised in which I knew nothing about the process. The woman I spoke with was very nice. However she showed my ring to an older guy whom was extremely rude and said he wasn't interested in buying the ring. Which was fine, I never asked him to! But it being my first time not knowing what I was doing. He was extremely ignorant and with so many words shoved me out the door. Needless to say I wont be back and would never recommend!
Just awful customer service. Rude and condescending. I don't recommend this place at all. Take your business elsewhere, where you're treated with respect for being broke, poor, rich, black, yellow, white or green. These guys need to catch up with time and get out of the old mentality. It's 2016 not 1960.
Customer service was excellent. Went in today with a piece of costume jewelry that needed repair. They treated me respectfully and repaired it right away for a reasonable price. When I have an occasion to purchase "real" jewelry, I'll definitely go back.
