The customer service was excellent, prices reasonable and facilities in good working order.
Giant is one of my favorite grocery stores. It's always clean and they always have a large selection of products. Some of their store brands are as good as name brand products.
Except for the one girl who works morning/daytime at customer service desk it is a nice grocery store. Some of the staff is unpleasant and unprofessional acting, sadly. They dont know how to speak to people using good customer service. The most dreadful is the girl who works behind the customer service desk. Rather than be pleasant and helpful shes extremely standoffish and bitchy and rude and unpleasant. I no longer use this giant except late at night on my way home from work when there are just a few employees in the store. Usually the guy or girl at self checkout at those hours is extremely cordial and helpful. It sickens me how rude some of the staff is during the daytime. I hope the girl in customer service has been fired or gets fired because she has no business having that position. The other young girls and the guys are very nice, but this girl Im speaking of is awful to deal with. Standing in line behind other customers I have seen her poor attitude come out on others as well. Get rid of her!!!!
Extremely customer friendly and very well stocked. Amanda is extremely nice and helpful at checkout.
I like this store as they always have multiple lanes open unlike other places that would rather you wait in line. Plus the prices are reasonable.
