I contacted the company by email and instantly received a phone call. The correct cushion was prepared and delivered within days. The personal attention and quick response was very impressive.
I wanted to replace existing cushions and researched on line as well as the local firm I used previously; I was looking for quality. I had not planned on using a Calif. vendor ,but very I pleased I decided on this firm. I provided them with all the dim's and contours, and they furnished their product dead on. Foam has just the proper firmness, and the fabric ,zippers, and craftsmanship is very good quality.
