I purchased my first smartphone at this location. The sales associates were very friendly, knowledgeable and worked together as a team to help me purchase the phone and get signed on with a new phone carrier. They walked me through everything which made the experience very pleasant. I could have purchased the same phone from Amazon for $10 to $20 less, but I prefer to deal with people.

It's a great electronic/display store. They have order pick up, mini Apple/Samsung displays, appliances, and more. Lines here are good besides customer service and the pickup line. That can be a wait so just don't expect fast service at those areas.
Another retailer struggling to find itself in the new world of online shopping. They've "refreshed" the store layout to be flashy and highlight key product lines. At first glance, it looks cool, but after awhile you realize it reeks of retailer desperation. I hope Best Buy survives the online onslaught, but the current store direction will not win over shoppers.
I had a great salesperson who was knowledgeable and made good recommendations. I was able to get a minor initial installation done on one of the items at the Geek Squad there. I set up an appointment and had very little wait time. The people there where also friendly and did a great job. I think it really pays to buy locally from a brick and mortar retail store even if it costs a little more. You save in the long run and have a place for support. I say this being in no way associated with Best Buy.
