The employees there are absolutely wonderful! Larry the used car manager was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. The salesman who helped me, Kirk took the time to show me different car options and even though it was a hard choice, I am very happy with my Mazda3, and when it is time for a new car I will be sure to go back, great service!! I highly recommend Peruzzi Mazda!
I’m new to the area, so I was anxious about coming to a new dealership. But when I walked though the doors, the staff was eager to assist me. The one worker, Larry, walked me step by step through everything in ensuring I would get the best deal. Great staff!
I met with Kirk who helped me look into the new Mazda 3 sedans. Since I'm very tall he recommended the 3 due to its height inside the car. He was 100% correct as sitting in the 6 and cr5 there was less room. There was no negotiation as he gave a very fair price from the beginning. I did choose to go elsewhere just because of more room for the driver seat but had I wanted to stay with the sedan I would be driving a new Mazda today. Ask for Kirk when you go in he was very helpful.
Very Helpful and a great experience. I got an amazing deal and no other dealer was even close to it. Joe Casey and Melissa were amazing. The whole process was made very simple. The best gesture for me was when Joe give me a full tank of gas without even asking. The money did not matter but the gesture did. Super happy. They called me the next day to if car was alright too. If you are in doubt, go with them and ask for Joe!
Horrible experience! First was not welcomed when walked in. Just stood around and waited till someone noticed me. Then, worked with Brandon a nice gentleman who answered all my questions and did a little extra work for me. Things were good and Brandon made up for the beginning. This is when things got really bad. After looking at the hatchback, I asked for some information on the sedans. The pricing manger or whoever he was started hassling me for asking for these prices and was extremely rude. He then came back and tried forcing me into a decision. Then, I had another person in the back say, “just get out then!” I felt intimidated and scared. Worst car buying experience. I then went to Faulkner Mazda and had a great experience! Purchasing my car with them as we speak!
